  • Built a native Julia runtime for Concore with safe wire-format parsing, config/params loading, sync handling, and FileBackend as the default protocol path.
  • Added wire-compatible File, Mmap, and optional ZMQ backends, enabling Julia nodes to interoperate with existing Python and C++ workflows.
  • Added Julia demos, Docker runtime support, Docker generation, and a mixed Python-Julia container study for validating real multi-language Concore workflows.
  • Built reproducible benchmark scripts for Julia/Python and backend comparisons, measuring MmapBackend at 7.47x and ZMQBackend at 18.05x the FileBackend round-trip rate, with Julia wire parsing 3.20x faster than Python.
